At Argos Fragrances, we strive for complete satisfaction with our luxury scents; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Send your return using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; we recommend insuring the package for its full value.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the product's sealed condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
